How do I access my digital files?
You can access your digital files with the link provided in your email notification. If you purchased the digital streaming, you can stream the videos from any device through your account. Any printables that are included can be downloaded into your computer. *The videos are only streamed and cannot be downloaded.
What numbers do you cover in the Times Tales program?
Times Tales covers 18 upper multiplication facts: 3x6, 3x7, 3x8, 3x9, 4x6, 4x7, 4x8, 4x9, 6x6,6x7, 6x8, 6x9, 7x7, 7x8, 7x9, 8x8, 8x9, 9x9.
These are traditionally the core facts that most children struggle to memorize. We also sell a Multiplication Chart Mastery ebook that covers the lower numbers, but does not use stories like Times Tales does.
We believe that having stories for all the math facts would "water down" those core facts that are not easily recalled by reverting to addition if the student gets stuck. If the Times Tales® program incorporated stories for times tables that ranged from 1-10, that would entail adding 4 new characters and 36 more additional stories to remember. We feel that the Times Tales® 18 core stories are within a reasonable amount for memory retention. In fact, many adults that used our program as children still remember all the stories years later.
How do I log into my account?

What is the difference in your Times Tales® Bundles?
We have several options available ranging in price from $24.95 (Home Edition of Times Tales) to $69.95 (Multiplication Mastery Bundle). To see a detailed breakdown of each bundle click on "Times Tales" then "Home Editions" on the top menu.

Do you have a similar stories for addition and subtraction?
Currently, we do not have any products that utilize mnemonic methods of learning for addition and subtraction.

Why am I being charged shipping for digital products?
Many of our bundles have a combination of digital and hard copy products. Please check your order to see if you have purchased a bundle that includes shipped items.

How do I contact you for a purchase order?
Can I teach a class with your Home Edition?
Times Tales® has a license limitation on 5 students for the Home Edition. If you are teaching more than 5 students at one time, please see our Times Tales® Classroom Editions.
Tutors may use our Times Tales® Home Edition if they are teaching 5 students or less at one time.
Why can I only stream the videos for 2 years?
The streaming version is subscription to stream from any device for 2 years from the time of purchase. As streaming platforms are a third party company, we cannot guarantee the streaming service into perpetuity. We will have a very discounted option to renew when your subscription ends.
Can I download the Times Tales® videos?
When we updated to the New Edition of Times Tales® we no longer off downloads of our videos. If you purchase the digital streaming, you may download the printables on to your computer, but the videos are not downloadable.
If you want to the option to download the program into a computer, we suggest purchasing the Times Tales® USB version.
